About
Nathen Cantwell, art director and arts advocate, is an accomplished designer and fine artist. With over six years of experience in the field of advertising, Cantwell has helped to launch numerous branding campaigns locally and nation wide. He is also regionally and nationally known for his fine art, which has earned him praise from organizations such as the City of Aberdeen, Easter Seals and the National Wild Turkey Federation.
Cantwell graduated from Northern State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in fine art and advertising design. He completed his internship in graphic design at Super 8’s national headquarters and then moved on to work for Avera as a marketing graphic designer. In 2007 Cantwell joined the team of an Aberdeen-based design firm and in 2011 he became an art director at Tartan Marketing in Minneapolis, MN. His portfolio can be viewed at nathencantwell.com.
